The Social Transcript Guidelines, prepared to systematically record and document the scientific, social, cultural, artistic, sporting, community contribution, and volunteer activities that our university students participate in outside of academic activities during their studies, have been approved by our University Senate and have entered into force.
Within this scope, our students can apply for a social transcript for sub-activities in the main categories listed below:
• Social Contribution Activities
• Scientific Events
• Cultural, Artistic, and Sporting Events
• Career and Development Activities
• Degrees and Awards Earned
2025-2026 Academic Year Social Transcript Application and Evaluation Schedule
Fall Semester Application Dates: October 13, 2025 – December 26, 2025
Fall Semester Evaluation Deadline: January 25, 2026
Spring Semester Application Dates: February 16, 2026 – June 5, 2026
Spring Semester Evaluation Deadline: July 5, 2026
NOTE: Students will submit their applications by logging in with their student number and password at sis.kayseri.edu.tr and going to Social Transcript>Activity Application.
Evaluation
Applications will be evaluated by the Social Transcript Evaluation Commission, chaired by the Commission Chair and with the participation of commission members. The evaluation results will be entered into the Student Information System by the Commission Chair as either approved or rejected.
